Our goal is to design and develop advanced machinery, with high performance and efficiency. Whatever difficulties may be, our engineers make efforts overcome. For wide range application, almost all thermoplastic materials can process by single screw extruder, low maintenance cost and long operating screw life is user’s comprehensive choice. For high performance and efficiency, we also develop twin screw for better effect after melting and mixing and choose vacuum pump to remove water, air, and other waste. We use PID and SCR system as temperature controllers. There are several power control systems to select, such as PLC, operate easily and keep production stable.
