NR-636 is for pop-up toilet tissue, pup-up facial tissue, and kitchen towel rolls offer, due to the use of polyethylene as packaging, and appearance packaging style.

■CONSTRUCTUAL DESIGN AND ADVANTAGES
Install the bottom folder sealing and trimmer cutting with waste collection.
All main drive motions with cam, and action control by servo.
Touch screen design for convenient operation fast settiting for change the product formats.
Output adjustable by frequency controlled drive with smooth start up.

■MODE OF OPERATION
The product is transferred by overhead chain with pusher arms into the opened bag.
The bag is opened by suction arms and spreader plates which are inserted into the bag.
The pusher arm loads the open bag with the product and transfers the filled bag to the sealing station.
Here the bag is sealed and moved out of the station by next package coming through the machine.
